Juls Sharpley
Founder & Creative Director
When Juls started JSE in 2016, she set out to create events that felt truly original—experiences that couldn’t be replicated or defined by a template. She’s best known for her creative eye and instinct for design, with an ability to imagine things in ways others might not see until they’re fully brought to life.
An endless generator of ideas, Juls loves the creative process—the collaboration, the discovery, the spark that turns into something unforgettable. Her clients trust her not only for her vision but for her calm, grounded presence that keeps every event feeling effortless from start to finish.
Travel, architecture, and interior design continually inspire her work, but what excites her most are celebrations that feel personal, artful, and unlike anything that’s come before.

Rachel Miller
Event Production Specialist
Rachel joined JSE after planning her own wedding and discovering a love for the behind-the-scenes details that make celebrations run seamlessly. Based in Denver, she now primarily manages guest accommodations (and we could not do this without her) and jumps in wherever she’s needed, earning the unofficial title of “our girl Friday.”
Known for her incredible efficiency and can-do spirit, Rachel tackles projects at lightning speed and keeps everything moving with precision and good humor. She’s the quiet powerhouse who makes sure no detail is overlooked, even on the busiest weeks.
When she’s not diving into JSE projects, Rachel enjoys life in Denver with her husband and their son, Chase. We only wish we could have her with us full-time.
Lady Coriander - "CoCo"
Chief Happiness Officer
As JSE’s beloved Chief Happiness Officer, CoCo takes her role very seriously, especially when it involves naps, cuddles, and quality control from her green velvet chair (which, for the record, no one else is allowed to sit in).
A cavapoo with equal parts sass, sweetness, and a dash of nuttiness, CoCo keeps the team smiling and morale high. She makes regular appearances at the office, site visits, and even the occasional client meeting; always ready to charm and supervise in equal measure.
A frequent guest at the Hotel Jerome, CoCo is famous for her refusal to leave without her signature “cowboy cookie” from the valet stand. It’s just a MilkBone, but don’t tell her that.
