Meredith and Jason’s wedding weekend brought guests from the summit of Aspen Mountain to the meadow at T Lazy 7 Ranch, with celebrations at some of their favorite gathering spots in between. A gondola ride to lunch and activities at the Sundeck opened the weekend, followed by an intimate Rehearsal Dinner at Bear Den and a Welcome Party at Aspen Tap.

For Saturday’s Wedding, we designed a setting that paired soft, understated details with the ranch’s open landscape. White florals lined the Ceremony aisle, with the mountains framing their vows. A sailcloth tent welcomed guests for the Reception, its draped entries tied back with greenery. Inside, long tables dressed in taupe linens and sage napkins carried low arrangements of white blooms and taper candles, creating an earthy, refined palette that felt at home in the meadow.

As daylight faded over the valley, candlelight warmed the tent for dinner and dancing. Our team coordinated transportation throughout the weekend, including the final ride into town, where the celebration continued with an After Party at the Caribou Club.
