Meredith and JD brought a big Southern celebration to Aspen, with a lively crowd and a weekend designed around bringing everyone together. Yoga and lunch for the ladies opened the festivities, followed by a Western-themed Rehearsal Dinner at Acquolina and a Welcome Party at Silver City Saloon.

The following afternoon, guests rode the gondola up Aspen Mountain for the Wedding at The Little Nell. Clouds of baby’s breath dotted with white roses lined the Ceremony aisle, leading to abundant floral arrangements that framed the couple against the peaks. After exchanging vows, Meredith and JD slipped away for mountainside portraits as the sun cast its last light across the valley.

At the Sundeck, we designed a cocktail-style Reception with lounge seating and customized bars, making room for their extensive guest list while keeping the atmosphere social and the crowd moving. White drapery softened the timber architecture, and a lush canopy of greenery and white and blush blooms surrounded a disco ball above the dance floor. Baby’s breath and roses bordered the band’s stage, while a custom ice sculpture showcased the sushi display. A towering cake and marquee LOVE letters rounded out the design.

The evening had all the energy of a big Southern wedding: a packed dance floor, a spirited crowd, and a band with plenty to play for. The final gondola ride brought everyone back down to Aspen after a night of celebrating at full volume.
