Hayley and twenty-five of her closest friends flew into Aspen on a private charter, and the weekend ran on a schedule no one had to think about. Vans met the plane at Atlantic Aviation and took everyone to the Little Red Ski Haus, the red Victorian lodge that became home base for four nights.
The first evening was dinner in a private room at the Caribou Club. Friday brought a Denim Disco at Snow Lodge, with the whole group in pale denim and matching cowboy hats, followed by deadmau5 at Belly Up. Saturday opened with a Snow Bunny Brunch at Ajax Tavern, then a gondola ride to Eleven212 at the top of Aspen Mountain, where we reserved private cabins so the group could stay together. The weekend continued with a night at The Sterling, après at Cloud Nine, and a final dinner back at the house.
Behind the scenes, we handled group lift tickets, IV treatments, personalized Yeti cups, transportation, photography, and a custom weekend app that kept every guest on the same page.
