The Hat Bar

Every guest leaves with a felt hat they styled themselves. We bring the full setup to your event: felt hats in cowboy and fedora styles and a range of colors, a table of bands, ribbons, scarves, feathers, and pins, and a team to help each guest finish theirs.

It is the part of the night people talk about the next morning, and it works as well at a holiday party or a company retreat as it does at a wedding welcome party.

How It Works

Choose a hat

Guests choose their style, color, and size ahead of time through your RSVP or wedding website, so their hat is ready when they arrive. We bring sizing spacers for a perfect fit.

Make it theirs

Guests pick from bands, ribbons, silk scarves, feathers, and pins, and our team helps them pull it all together.

Wear it home

Every hat leaves with its owner, a keepsake from the night. Add custom branding with initials or a logo for an extra personal touch.

The Details

$180 per guest, including a felt hat for each guest, the full embellishment bar, the display (a console, mirrors, hat stands, and pin bowls), and our hat bar team for a standard two-hour service window, with setup and strike.

Custom branding of initials or a logo is $15 per hat, with a $300 minimum, and includes a dedicated branding team member. Kids’ hats are available on request.

Good to know

The hat bar has a 20-guest minimum ($3,600) and is available for events we are planning and for events we are not. We bring it anywhere in Colorado, with travel quoted separately.

Hat selections are due 60 days before your event, and the hat count is set when we place the order.

If you would like every hat finished in a shorter window, we add team members at $75 per hour each. Some groups and spaces need additional rentals. We will confirm everything in your quote.
