Aline and Colin wanted a wedding that reflected their playful spirit, with vibrant color, a cocktail-style reception, and games woven into the evening. The weekend began with Hickory House barbecue and games on the grounds of the Wheeler/Stallard Museum in Aspen’s West End. The following night, guests gathered at Hotel Jerome for the Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party before Sunday’s mountaintop wedding with The Little Nell.

The couple walked down the aisle together, setting a personal tone for a day that reimagined tradition on their own terms. Aline’s gown, white with delicate hints of color, complemented the garden-inspired florals in peach, blush, mauve, berry, and lavender. Loose, abundant arrangements framed their vows against the mountain views. Inside, sage linens, patterned textiles, wishbone chairs, and candlelight brought warmth and texture to the reception.

The cocktail-style format gave guests the freedom to mingle, with games, including musical chairs, bringing everyone into the celebration. Our team coordinated the gondola ascent and mountaintop celebration for 200 guests. The evening culminated in Brazilian music and the hora, a lively finish to a weekend full of personality.
