Anna and Sully brought their guests to California’s Santa Ynez Valley for a three-day weekend, and our team traveled from Aspen to plan and produce it. The couple bought out Hotel Ynez, between Solvang and Santa Ynez, so Friday’s welcome party could take over the whole property, with a wood-fired pizza truck, a grazing table, and a fire pit under the oaks.

On Saturday they married at Whispering Rose Ranch, beneath a canopy of sycamores beside the horse pasture. The design called for loose, natural florals in a soft fall palette with deeper plums, an asymmetrical ceremony arch that moved to the reception after the vows, and long farm tables set under strings of lights. School buses lettered for the couple carried guests between the hotels and the ranch.

After dinner and dancing, Anna and Sully left in a Maybach, and the celebration continued at the Maverick Saloon.
