The Aspen Youth Center’s spring gala funds free after-school and summer programs for local kids, and the 2025 theme came straight from the mission: helping them reach for the stars. We built Out of This World from the ground up, starting with the event logo, sponsor tier names, and marketing timeline, and carrying it into every room of the night.

Guests entered through a hallway of glowing half arches and crescent moons, welcomed by a celestial goddess in white from Art of Air, then moved into the Antler Bar for cocktails, the silent auction, and a foil-walled photo booth guarded by inflatable aliens. The Glow Bar added neon glasses and a little face glitter.

In the ballroom, navy velvet lined the walls, stars and constellations were projection-mapped across the Hotel Jerome ceiling, and LED screens beside the stage shifted from galaxies to UFOs as the night went on. Tables held terrariums with tiny astronauts and mercury glass candles, and an inflatable UFO hovered above the DJ.

A detailed run of show kept check-in, the program, and the live auction on schedule, and the night ended on the dance floor with Art of Air’s LED stilt walkers and glowing spacemen leading the party.
