Clare and Kobe envisioned exchanging vows on a working ranch, with the mountains as their backdrop. Hosting 107 guests there meant transforming the property into a fully functioning event venue. We planned every element of the site, from a sailcloth tent for cocktails and ceremony weather back-up to power, water, internet, and restrooms. Off-site vendor parking and shuttles kept service traffic discreet, while golf carts carried guests from the ceremony vista to the barn.
Inside, velvet drapery and crystal chandeliers softened the barn’s rustic architecture, with custom-painted bars lending continuity to the linen palette. Loose, expressive florals brought together peach, apricot, blue, and orange, with white intentionally absent. Our in-house stationery design studio, Carta Blanc, created all custom stationery, day-of printed materials, and graphics, including the dance floor wrap, carrying a cohesive visual identity throughout the celebration.
For the after-party, the barn took on a distinctly different mood: a Western-inspired lounge layered with rose velvet, starburst chandeliers, and a neon wall. Inspired by Ryan Bingham and Hassie Harrison’s wedding, the space paired ranch character with a little late-night glamour, setting the scene for a spirited night on the dance floor.
